Inscription: "Till Nils Andersson från August Strindberg Lund 19 juni 1899". Length 42 cm.
Included in the lot are two letters, one from August Strindberg and one from his children with an invitation for dinner after the death of the writer. 22,5 x 28 and 12 x 9,5 cm.

Provenance

The Mayor of Lund, Nils Andersson (1864-1921).
A close and dear friend to August Strindberg who gave the flute as a gift to Nils in 1899.
