A Magdeburg faience Ajour vase with cover, 18th Century.

(Netzvase) painted in manganese red and green, the body covered with a pierced diaperwork layer enhanced with florettes in relief, further with three rocaille cartouches depicting figures set in a landscape, on pinched base. Height 33,5 cm.

Wear to glaze, repair by foot.
