Friedrich Jürgenson var en man av tyskt ursprung som levde i de småländska skogarna. Efter hans död fick von Hausswolff kontakt med hans änka som bevarat Jürgensons omfattande bibliotek med inspelningar av "röster från andra sidan", röster från "förmodligen avlidna personer". I "Oscillogram 3" har von Hausswolff omvandlat dessa inspelade signaler till en "oscillerande" bild. Oavsett om man är spiritistiskt lagd eller ej, så är resultatet ett suggestivt verk som lätt fastnar på näthinnan.
