Signed CHR Strömholm and with fingerprint on the board. Gelatinsilver photograph mounted on board, image, 30.5 x 23.3 cm. Meassurements including board, 49.7 x 38.4 cm. The title is stated as "Gardinen i Fox", 1960, on the board.

The motif was exhibited at Liljevalchs Konsthall, Stockholm, "396 Fotografiska förälskelser", 2001.

The woman whose back can be discerned behind the embroidered curtain was a neighbour of Christer Strömholm during a stay in Italy. Why she kept on leaving and re-entering the house was never explained. All that remains is this document over a baffling habit.
