Liksom all bra skulptur inbjuder Klara Kristalovas verk till rörelse. Betraktaren lockas att röra sig runt verken och låta sig överraskas av de absurda krockarna mellan högt och lågt. Hennes verk rymmer ofta en pendling mellan det söta, sensuella och något vagt otäckt eller ibland rent frånstötande. Det sagolika delar plats med det surrealistiskt skruvade där det lite barnsliga uttrycket kontrasterar mot nattfjärilar, svampar och rysliga sagoväsen.
