On verso monogramsigned RB with a stamp. Probably executed during the 1870's. Oil on canvas mounted on panel 35 x 29 cm.

Originally in the collections of the director of Nationalmuseum (National Gallery of Art), Richard Bergh, Stockholm; Kerstin Bergh (daughter of the above mentioned); Director Tom Dan Bergman; subsequently by descent.
