Two Chinese snuff bottles, Qing dynasty, 19th Century.

Of flattened ovoid shape, the one in rock crystal with maskaron handles to the sides and nephrite stone to the stopper. The malachite one with lapis lazuli stone to stopper. Height 6,2-6,4 cm.

Natural inclusions and feathering to the stone.

Purchased at S Marchant & Son, 120 Kensington Chursch Street, London W8, February 24th, 1970. Reciept accompanies the pieces.
