A CARPET, flat weave, ca 507,5 x 305 cm, designed by Alice Lund.

Designed after 1948. A square and stripe pattern in a variety of ivory, blue, brown, grey and yellow nuances. Narrow borders.

Some partly harder wear, slightly dirty, stains, insignificant damages. Some of the fringes are damaged, a few are missing.

Provenance

The metallurgist Håkan Abenius became the Head of Falu Gruva in 1939 and then had an important career in Sweden.
