More information

The serie's starting point is the couch that Carl Malmsten designed for the embassy in Berlin in 1920. Jonny Johansson's interpretations contradict the shape of the conventional couch that we all know so well.

The model was first shown at Hotel Pozzo di Borgo in Paris in 2010 as one of five sofas and armchairs in Acne's furniture collection inspired by Carl Marlmsten's sofa "New Berlin". About 10 pieces of this model have been manufactured on request.
