Polychrome painting and gilded copper. The back with engraved name ”Marie Romanowna Woronzow”. Countess Maria Romanovna Vorotzova (1737-1765) was a lady-in waiting, married to count Petr Alexandrovich Buturlin (1731-1787), Russian diplomat and empress Katherine II's ambassodor to Spain. Height incl. loop 4,5 cm.

Мария Романовна Воронцова (1737—1765) — фрейлина, была замужем с 1757 года за графом Петром Александровичем Бутурлиным (1731—1787). После бракосочетания Петра Александровича и Марии Романовны (1737—1765) молодые супруги вскоре уехали в Испанию. Туда Петр Александрович был направлен на дипломатическую службу в качестве посланника.
