CONDITIONAL SALE, the lots 43, 44 and 45 are first called out as separate lots and will then be offered as one lot with number 46. A winning bid on lot number 46 requires a bid exceeding the total hammered price for lots 43-45. Unsold lots will be priced at the reserves.
