Hyresgästernas Möbelaffär (The furniture store for tenants) first opened their business in 1927 on Malmskillnadsgatan 19 in Stockholm with the purpose to enable people with lesser income to buy stylish and modern furniture at a reasonable cost, on part-payment if they so desired. The store remained open until 1943.
