A TAPESTRY, "A Pastoral scene", tapestry weave, ca 275,5-278,5 x 407 cm, Aubusson, France around the middle of the 18th
century. A polychrome landscape with a couple among trees and flowers as well as sheep, a dog and birds by a lake. In the background a mill and a bridge with a man with an ox. A border with acanthus leaves, volutes and stylized flowers. Wool and silk. Lined.
Some partly a little harder wear, slightly dirty, stains, repairs, rewoven areas, minor tears and damages.
