A red glass snuff bottle with stopper, Qing dynasty, 19th Century.

Cut decoration to one side with a bird in a landscap, the other side with a bat above waves. Height 6,5 cm.

Purchased at Viktoria Lindströms Antikhandel, 15/1-1960.

From the Collection of Ingenjör Gösta Nordstrand (1905-1985) and his wife Valborg Nordstrand, born Ahlmark. Gösta had a great interest in Asian Art, a lot of the pieces were purchased at Victoria Lindström Antikhandel, Grevturegatan 28, Stockholm in the 1960s. Thence by descent.
