A carpet, an antique/a semi-antique Tabriz figural, ca 297,5-302 x 206,5-211 cm, signerad Sherkate Bargh.
A yellow melange ground with a polychrome decor of large blooming trees, palmettes, iris flowers, birds, birds' nests and predators. A blue melange main border with a signature, a snake winding around a lion, birds, animals and flowers.
Abrashes. Some partly hard wear, slightly dirty, stains, minor repairs. The sides and ends have fold wear and damages, the ends have a few rows of knots missing, later fringes.
