A carpet, a semi-antique West Persian, ca 466,5-470,5 x 334,5-350 cm.

A dark blue ground with a polychrome Heriz like pattern of a large medallion, corner ornaments, two large palmettes and a dense stylized flower pattern. A wide red main border with a large flower and leaf vine.

Abrashes. Some partly hard wear, stains among which some small are stiff, repairs, re-knotted areas, mothdamages. The sides have a couple of rows of knots missing, reduced ends.
