Luigi Michelini (active c 1810-). Michelini was apprenticed in the Roman studio of Guseppe Girometti (1780-1851). Later basing himself in Paris where he was listed in the 1839 'Pocket Companion to Paris; For the use of the English' which states "he is considered to be the cleverest engraver". He exhibited several cameos at the Paris salon of 1855. He is known to have signed in Greek.
