The cup of tapering cylindrical form with entwined double loop handle with gilt foliage terminals, painted with landscapes with birds, within a flattened oval gilt band cartouches flanked with wreaths of flowers, the saucer and cover similarly decorated. All against a pink 'rose Pompadour' ground, gilt line rims. Height of cup with cover 9.5 cm. Diameter of trembleuse 13 cm.

Insignificant wear. Chip to the interior of the cover.
