1920 samlade de tre konstnärerna Prins Eugen, Richard Bergh och Carl Wilhelmson 200 verk av den nyss avlidne Ivan Aguéli och 136 av dessa ställdes ut på AB Konstverk i Stockholm. Detta var den första stora utställningen av hans konstnärskap och fungerade som en viktig introduktion till Aguéli i Sverige. Auktionens målning Aktstudier var på denna utställning och fick därför stämpeln "Aguéli Aktiebolag Konstverk" på baksidan.
