Under perioden 16 oktober 2021 – 16 januari 2022 visade Zornmuseet i Mora en separatutställning med Nygårds Karin Bengtssons fotografier. Så här beskrevs utställningen:
”Med ryggen mot tiden” är Nygårds Karin Bengtssons största separatutställning hittills och visar verk från år 2004 och framåt. Hennes återkommande tema kretsar kring människans förhållande till tid och rum. Med det iscensatta fotografiet rekonstruerar hon verkligheten och undersöker det fiktiva minnet. Nygårds Karin Bengtsson är född och uppvuxen i Mora, utbildad i Sverige, Finland och Tyskland och bor och arbetar numera i Höganäs.
