A bronze scultpure of Guanyin, Ming dynasty (1368-1644).
The godess is depicted seated, down cast eyes, wide forehead, large crown with phoenix birds, clad in an elaborately decorated robe, holding a stele in her hands. Traces of lacquer and cold gilt. Height 34 cm.
