The rectangular plinth with an arched centre with ornaments in relief, modelled after Amor's wellspring. The white enamel dial signed "Vaillant à Paris" (Louis-Jacques Vaillant, maître-horloger 1787, active until circa 1817). Length 38, depth 21, height 46 cm.
