A semi-antique Mobarakeh-Esfahan rug, ca 215 x 137 cm
From around 1930. A burgundy ground with medallion, corner ornaments, flower, palmette and arabesque festoons. An ivory main border with a flower and palmette vine.
Partly harder wear. The sides have fold wear.
