A white glazed Swedish Rörstrand faience center piece, 18th Century.

Rococo. Two seated figures, one of them a najad who is lifting up a shell shape bowl in her arms. Both sitting on top of a rociaille. Height 27 cm. Length 32 cm.

Restored.

Property of a Swedish private collection.

Hernmark, Carl, Fajans och porslin. Svensk Keramik före 1850. Compare center piece depicted on page 24, dated 1755. Also with the note that this design most porbably is by Precht.
