Ottilia Adelborg has been called the first Swedish author of children's books. When she published "Barnens julbok" in 1885, it was the first time that the story was not based on a foreign original. This auction presents the complete series of original watercolours of her popular "Flower Alphabet with Rhymes" from 1894, which can be seen as a sequel to her "Princes' Flower Alphabet" from 1892.
