I detta verk har Puranen fotograferat av en målning ur en bok där han låtit skyddspapperet för bilden vara kvar, ljuset kommer från vänster. Originalmålningen är utförd av den tyske 1800-tals målaren Peder Balke.
Puranen är bland annat representerad i samlingarna på Moderna Museet i Stockholm.
