A carpet, an antique silk metal brocaded Kashan, probably around 1910, ca 200-202,5 x 129-131 cm.

A metal brocaded ground with a knotted polychrome decor in silk of a large vase with flowers. A metal brocaded main border with a knotted decor in silk of a large palmette, flower and leaf vine. Between about 560.000 and 720.000 knots per square meter.

Insignificant abrashes. Some wear, slightly dirty, stains, minor damages, the metal brocade is partly missing. The sides and ends have fold wear.
