Karl Ingemar Johansson (1927-1997), also part of the so-called Gothenburg School, left the Högberg brothers in 1969 and started his own workshop and shop in Gothenburg with his wife Cecilia Johansson. Johansson's jewelery is clearly inspired by Sven-Erik Högberg's style and aesthetics.
