Silver, verge escapement, key-wound movement with engraved signature: Geo Prior London 17259. Silver dial with Turkish numerals. Two plain inner cases stamped London 1786 and IR under a crown, probably for casemaker John Reading. Outer case of tortoiseshell with silver decoration. Inner case diameter 49mm, the outermost 72mm.
