An antique Russian brooch, 1908-1917
In 14K gold and silver with a cabochon-cut sapphire, old-cut diamonds, and calibre-cut sapphires, dimensions 40 X 27 cm, weight 9 g. With Russian assay mark for gold.
Some of the small sapphires are synthetic.
