A rococo faience-top tea table, Rörstrand 1760.
Tray of faience with decoration in strong cobalt blue of a central landscape scene within a reserve surrounded by patterned scrolls. Marked underneath: "Stockholm 12/1 1760 30 d[aler] k[oppar]m[ynt]" and with the painter's signature "DH" for Daniel Hillberg (faience painter and modeller at Rörstrand circa 1745 - 1780s). Polished underframe with contoured apron and cabriole legs. Length 75, width 58, height 76 cm.
