More information

This type of coin was made from cannon metal from the arsenals in Stockholm and Karlskrona. These tin coins are cast, unlike all other Swedish tin coins which are minted from copper. The auction coin has an incomplete date on the central stamp, but the 2 daler coins were only produced for 3 years, 1714-1716.
