A malachite and gilt bronze sculpture of Peter the Great on horseback after Falconet, 19th century.

Modeled after the sculpture by Falconet in the Senate Square in St. Petersburg. The sides market "PETRO PRIMO / CATHARINA SECUNDA / MDCCLXXXII." respectively in Cyrillic on the opposing side. A period wooden pedestal is included. Length 29, height 31.5, height including pedestal 37 cm.

The donor, consul Teodor Friedländer (1822-1896).
