A Swedish Empire silver tureen on stand, mark of Adolf Zethelius, Stockholm 1828.

Round, smooth with a gadrooned edge, the lid with a pine cone finial. Curved legs with hoof feet. Stamped underneath and inside the lid with the Family Tersmedens coat of arms. Inside, a removable French-stamped silver bowl and a fixed bowl in metal. The diameter of the dish is approximately 24 cm, total height approximately 32 cm.
