Heuer Carrera 3648 D, även kallad "Carrera 45", är en klassisk kronograf som lanserades under 1960-talet och har sedan dess blivit en eftertraktad modell bland samlare och motorsportentusiaster. Den är en del av den första generationen Carrera-kronografer som introducerades av Jack Heuer på Baselmässan 1963, inspirerad av den legendariska bilracen Carrera Panamericana.
Carrera 3648 D representerar Jack Heuers vision om en ren, lättläst kronograf utan onödiga detaljer. Genom att eliminera den yttre bezeln och använda en spännring för skalan, skapades en urtavla med exceptionell tydlighet.
