A silk blue-ground brocade panel, late Qing dynasty/early 20th century.

Woven with four large five clawed dragons and a group of smaller ones chasing the flaming pearl amidst cloud formations, pagodas and flower baskets. Around the edges eight five clawed dragons. In the center phoenix birds. Measure c. 96-98 cm.
