Rectangular with a profiled edge. Dimensions approx. 22.5 x 26.5 cm. Weight approx. 1485 g.

Provenance

Likely commissioned by Baron August Johan Löwen (1778-1816) for Gärdesta, married to his cousin Beata Sofia Löwen (1780-1847), listed in her estate inventory: 4 pieces of Carotters, each 56 lod - - 224.
Subsequently to his grandson Johan Axel Casimir Löwen (1836-1876), listed in the estate inventory: 2 Carotters - - 350 [ort].
By inheritance to his wife, Louise (née Ekman), remarried Falkenberg af Trystorp (1849-1934).
