A German 18th century silver coffee-pot, mark of Johan Jacob Loose, Halle (Saale), Sachsen-Anhalt.
Pear-shaped body on an oval and curved base, with decor of curved lines. Gilded inside. Hinged lid with a baluster finial partly in wood and a wood handle. Control mark and date letter "Z". Height 21.5 cm. Weight approximately 312 g.
