In 1949 Lotte Laserstein travelled to the Swedish westcoast. In a letter from fall 1949 she writes:
”On the west coast, north of Gothenburg (Bohuslän) I liked the landscape very much;
bare grey and pink cliffs into the sea and small fishing villages, almost without trees.
But it was so hot for 3 weeks…”
