These watches were ingeniously constructed using genuine coins to form both the front and back of the case, with a discreet pusher on the side that allowed the case to open, revealing a hidden dial within.
Examples of the Rolex "Coin Watch" are already a rare sight at auction, seldom appearing on the market. Even more exceptional, however, is encountering one accompanied by its original box and certificate. To the best of our knowledge, this is the only example ever being offered in such complete condition, further enhancing its desirability and significance among collectors.
