Decoration in black and grey. The putto with two cornucopias, one containing fruit, the other containing flowers, the base stamped with the framed factory mark and Bertold Löffler's monogram, 156, underneath with painted mark 156/D.3/OK. Height 49 cm width 40 cm.
Chips to the base and minor glaze chips to the figure, craquelure.

The model "Putto mit Füllhörnern" (Putto with Cornucopia) was designed by Bertold Löffler and sculpted by Wilhelm Schleich for Wiener Keramik for the exhibition "1908 Kunstschau" in Vienna. The model is represented in this version in the collections of the Leopold Museum, Vienna (Inv. 6081). The model has also been produced with polychrome decoration.
The firm Wiener Keramik was founded by Michael Powolny and Bertold Löffler in 1906. The two had a close collaboration with the Wiener Werkstätte. In 1912/1913, the firm merged with Gmundner Keramik, and all models produced by Wiener Keramik were subsequently executed by "Vereinigte Wiener und Gmundner Keramik."
