John-E. Franzén’s parents owned Fylleskog farm in Småland, where John-E. spent much of his time during the 1970s. He made several illustrations for local stories in the regional newspaper, including the watercolour in the present auction. The motif depicts the main building of Edh Manor, located near Fylleskog.
