A Collector’s Home – Dog Theme

This is the fourth auction in the series featuring selected items from the magnificent home in Malmö. Here lived a true enthusiast whose collection had grown so vast that it now, like a force, has begun to extend outward.

The collection as a whole crosses boundaries and moves freely between eras, styles, and materials. Although a particular fondness for the early 20th century is noticeable, it is the joy of collecting and the diversity of objects that best characterizes the entirety. In this fourth themed auction, our four-legged friends take center stage – the dog, man’s best friend. From lazy couch companion to alert hunting partner, it has been our loyal follower: tail-wagging, charming, loyal – and if nothing else, utterly mad!
