Postcard issued by Facit, Åtvidaberg, depicting the Brazilian football team C.F. Flamengo. 10 x 15 cm. Signed by members of the Brazilian national football team, including Pelé, during their training camp in Åtvidaberg in June 1966, ahead of the World Cup in England that summer.

Provenance

Gunnar “oj-oj” Göransson. Göransson was a footballer and an executive at Facit. He commentated on the 1950 FIFA World Cup in Brazil for Swedish radio and acquired his nickname after repeatedly using the expression “oj-oj” during a match that Sweden lost 7–1 to Brazil. He also helped Sweden become the host nation for the 1958 FIFA World Cup.
