Heavy time staining, minor stains. Sheet possibly slightly trimmed.

Denna litografi av Henri Matisse kommer ur legendariske Theodor Ahrenbergs (1912-1989) konstsamling.
Konstsamlaren "Teto" Ahrenberg kände Matisse väl och berättade ofta om att han brukade förvärva fyra likadana exemplar av grafik han gillade, för att kunna ge sina barn varsitt exemplar.

Jämför med litografi ur Moderna Museets samling:
Henri Matisse, "Études pour Saint Dominique", 1950-1951. Ref.nr NMG 1001/1951. Även detta exemplar kommer ur Theodor Ahrenbergs samling.
