It is said that "The world is a book and he who stays at home reads only one page". However, the person who stays at home to read one of the books from our theme auction will get access to the entire history of photography – including images and stories of people who in many ways created today's photography culture. The auction includes 50 lots with a varying numbers of books divided by individual photographers and genres. Among them are collections of American photography, Swedish documentary photographers, fashion photography, Atget's amazing pictures from 19th-century Paris and first-generation colour photography.
