Dionysius Carthusiensis (but rather Jacobus de Gruytrode):

Specula omnis status vitae humanae.

Nürnberg, Peter Wagner, 28 Jan. 1495. 4to. 19 x 14,5 cm. 117 of [118] leaves, lacking first leaf with 3-line title (supplied in facsimile), final blank preserved.

Recent leather-backed wooden boards, double raised bands to spine. Leaf k5 torn or cut with loss of 2-4 words to each page, neat foliation in ink (partly cropped), faint dampstain to top half gutter of first quire. Rubricated in red throughout. Lacks first leaf. Bookplate of Bengt Ollfors (1943-2018). An attractive copy, possibly the one in an anonymous Swedish institution mentioned by Undorf (SI 1363).
