Ingeborg (Boj) Modin-Hülphers var skulptör och konsthantverkare och utbildad vid Tekniska Skolan i Stockholm. Vid 1930-talets början formgav Ingeborg Modin-Hülphers skulpturen "Björn" samt fontänen "Glob" vid Näfveqvarns bruk.
