Prints, multiples and unique works

Prints are defined internationally as art on paper with a numbered edition, while multiples are the three-dimensional equivalent.

This private collection includes prints, multiples from The Peter Norton family Christmas / Winter project, as well as a unique work.

In the late 1980s, the software entrepreneur and art collector Peter Norton, along with eorks of artists he owned by himself, began publishing editions in a 2,000-copy edition, The Peter Norton Family Christmas Project, which he gave as a Christmas gift to personal friends and to his contacts in the art world. The purpose of this was to create a commitment and interest in contemporary art. Although the works of art were small in format, they were strong and clear in their expression.
