A PAIR OF CUFFLINKS, 56 gold, rose cut diamonds, enamel. Marked EK, Erik Kollin St. Petersburg 1903-12.
Boat shaped cufflinks joined with a golden chain with a spring ring clasp. The surface is enamelled on a guillosched surface with a small diamond set in the middle. The cufflinks lay in a veneer case from Fabergé. Inventory number 77078.
Wear. Damage to enamel on one of the four cufflink-plates.
Literature
Erik Kollin died in 1901 but his widow Henrika Eleonora Backman continued the operation several years after Kollin´s death.
